I can´t download trello to my deskpot.

I can´t download trello to my deskpot.  The app says it cant find the device ( the laptop) 

I have logged into my computer from microsoft, because the application requests todo it that way.  But, still keeps saying it can't find the device. 

I would appreciate if you could help me

Trello is "Software as a Service".  You don't need to download anything for most devices as it works on most browsers off-the-shelf.

I suspect you are trying to use a Trello-specific client that can be a bit more clever on your chosen desktop.  There are a lot of these, and a lot of them are really good.

But we can't really help you without knowing which one you are talking about.
