I can't add new lists or boards, why?

I am a new free user and can't add another list to my board. Have a maxed out of lists?

Hi @Cynthia Olmedo there are no maximum number of lists or cards for a Trello board. You may want to reboot your computer, tablet or phone, and clear your internet cache and try again. What browser are you using? If you try another browser are you able to add a new list?
