Thank you for sharing that you’re unable to access your account with your business email. Due to privacy reasons, I won’t ask for your specific work or business email address, but it appears that your account is a Managed account.

Do you know who your organization admins are?
They should be able to assist you further with this issue, as organization admins have the necessary permissions to help with access problems on managed accounts.
