I can’t access my old account

I had setup a Trello account using my business email, charrison@skilesgroup.com.  I have quite a few boards where I was the administrator and had several users on those boards.  I retired 18 months ago and was not active on my account.  I tried to log in and I guess i must have tried to log in with another email account.  I then went in and changed the email on the account, but that did not give me access to my old boards.

I need to get access to those old boards so I can give administrative access to another user.  Can you help me find my access to these old boards?

Hi @Clay Harrison, Welcome to the Community!

You generally cannot directly access an old Trello account created under an email you no longer have access to, as Trello ties to specific Atlassian accounts linked to that email. 

There are some workarounds you can try: 

1. Contacting Trello support for help at https://support.atlassian.com/trello/
2. Ask other members who still have access to add your current account to the boards. 
3. (if possible) Contact your previous business to temporarily reactivate your email address and log in to that email again. Then transfer all important information to your current email.
