I'm not sure what the Atlassian Community is all about, but I requested trello Pro as a non-profit.. do you offer free upgrades for non-profits?

Yes — Atlassian does offer discounts for eligible non-profit organizations.

For Trello, eligible non-profits can typically receive:

75% discount on Trello Premium and Enterprise plans

To qualify, your organization usually needs to:

Be a registered charitable non-profit

Be verified through Atlassian’s non-profit validation process

If you've already applied, approvals may take several business days depending on verification requirements.
