I am unable to open a support ticket with atlassian support, I need to activate my atlassian subscription. The provided guide did not help me

You can try to reach out to Atlassian Support with a no-login option.

  1. If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:
  2. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
  3. Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
  4. Continue without logging in.
  5. Enter your email.
  6. In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
  7. Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
  8. Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
