Welcome to the community !!

I suggest you to close all your browsers, open a new incognito window and retry the actions. Also you can try in different browsers like Edge, Chrome. Firefox etc. 

Also go through https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-two-factor-authentication/ for further steps.
