I am not able to add Collaborator to my Trello Board even if I have deleted 2 members from the board

The above is my link for the board where [email address] is the admin of this board, he is not able to add new members to the board even when he has deleted 2 members and showing the error while adding new members

The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on that board, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
