I am trying to reset my password and access to Atlassian, however the password verification link / code is being sent to the original email address that I used as a username on this account 10 years ago, and I can't access that old email account and therefore can't access the verification link - any ideas how I can resolve this?
If you can’t access your Atlassian account because the password reset is sent to an old email you no longer control, you need to contact Atlassian Support directly. Provide them with proof of ownership (like purchase info) so they can help update your email or recover your account. Unfortunately, without access to that old email, you can’t reset the password yourself.
