How we can reactivate an account?

My colleague used to have an account and usually have access (she was in Trello every day) and we don’t know why but she has recently loose access and cannot login anymore. Error message appearing: "You are not authorised to acess this content. It seems that your account has been desactivated." Could you please help me to reactivate the account?
