How to unistall Butler definitely from Trello account ?

I know that Butler is a default option and not a power-up option that's why deactivate power-up doesn't do anything.

but I see in "https://trello.com/XXX/account" that Butler :
" Read and write access to your account
Read and write access to all your tables
Read and write access to all your teams"

I don't want the app Butler to access.

When I click on "revoke" then 1 min after when I use trello, Butler returns :/

Hi Julien,

Butler is integrated into Trello now (hence as you already know, no longer being a PowerUp), therefore it can't be removed.

If you don't want Butler to access your account, all you need to do is not use it, don't set up any rules or buttons and Butler won't do anything.
