I’ve recently noticed that a growing number of users discover tools like Trello, Jira, or Confluence through AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity, not just Google or app stores.
For example, when someone asks:
“Best tools for team collaboration”
“Best project management platform”
…these AI engines already list a few specific brands and platforms. That visibility can have a major impact on user acquisition.
I’m looking for a way to track and measure how often Trello or other Atlassian products are mentioned in these AI answers.
The best solution I’ve found so far is www.airankchecker.net. It tracks mentions across multiple AI engines, monitors keyword visibility, and gives a clear picture of where a brand stands.
Has anyone else here tried monitoring AI engine visibility for their tools or projects? Any other approaches or best practices?
Hello @Furkan Yaman
This might be stating the obvious, but why not just ask an AI tool that question?
Try something like "What methods can I use to track and measure how often key words related to a particular company and its products are mentioned in responses from public AI tools." and evaluate the response.
