Our company currently has a contract for Trello's Enterprise plan.
We would like to conduct testing in order to introduce single sign-on, but to avoid affecting our production environment, we would like to conduct the testing with a Premium plan trial + Atlassian Guard trial.
I would like to confirm the following:
1. Am I correct in confirming that users subject to the non-billing policy will simply be excluded from Atlassian Guard billing, and that this will not affect the account information set up on the Trello side?
2. Does the method for setting up SSO (screens and procedures) change depending on the plan?
Thank you for your confirmation.
Hello, 信清高志!
Welcome to the community.
1- Yes. Trello users with an assigned Enterprise license aren't billable in Atlassian Guard.
2- the method doesn't change.
You can check more details about it at https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/configure-saml-single-sign-on-with-an-identity-provider/
Kind regards,
Alisson
