@Anatoly_Chumarin that sounds odd, can you try recording a screencast of this behaviour using loom.com and posting here, and in the same screencast show the boards "activity" feed to see which user is creating those lists?
@Anatoly_Chumarin also weird ;) Since it's your user taking the action each time, can you check in your settings and see if any apps have access? You can try revoking access and then see if the problem persists. This might also be a Butler command executing, can you look in the Butler usage log and see if anything is running, or check for any rules you've created to do with archiving lists?
@Anatoly_Chumarin Yeah, again this doesn't look like anything you're doing wrong or that is configured incorrectly, I think you should just send that screencast to support@trello.com something weird is going on ...
