How to recover the description of card?

The description of card missed after my mac crashed. I follow the troubleshooting to resolve,but can not work. I can not  find the date.old.desc info.How can I do?

If you have saved the description before your mac crashed you can follow the troubleshoot documentation but if you haven't saved the description before your mac crashed then I don't think you will able to recover any data.
