What are some suggestions for organizing task lists by resources (individuals) in Trello?
I need to be able to schedule descrete tasks, for multiple individuals, across our organization. I need to have the ability to view tasks by individual in order to view status. In addition, I need the ability to label tasks by type.

Are other people going to be viewing this as well, collaborating? Or is this just for your own tracking purposes?
Trello can do all of the things you've listed there, but keep in mind that if you add multiple people to that board, they'll all be able to view all content on the board, including all cards assigned to other people.
