Hello, I've been using Trello for some years.
and I never had problems to open my account both on mobile phone and on my desktop.
But today Trello via desktop app and via browser treats me like a new user...
creates a new account for me,
and does not show my existing boards.
What to do?

What you mean exactly that "treats me like a new user... creates a new account for me"? It means that you can log in with your username and password but you simply do not see your boards that you accessed? Or that it does not recognize your account?
Hi @Sabine Witschas - it sounds like you might have two different Trello accounts under different email addresses. We recommend trying to log out, and log in with a different email address. You might try doing this from an incognito window using a supported browser.
We can try to help with more specific instructions to log into the account you're looking for, but we might need one of the board URLs associated with the account in question. If you have a board URL from your browser history or your email notifications, feel free to share the board URL and we can take a closer look.
