I don’t have access to the email but if I’m not wrong I remember the password of the trello account is there anyway I can login to change the email

If you remember both your email address and password, try logging in again to your Trello using that info.
Then following these steps:
Go to id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email.
Enter the new email address.
Save changes.
Check the inbox of the new email address to find the verification message.
Select Verify your email and follow the instructions to complete the update.
If your account is managed by the administrator, you can contact them to change your email address.
