How to invite guest to board

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We're trying add a guest member to our workspace for a board. When we try to add to the board, we get the error message "you can only add workspace members to this board".
Attached image is what I see when I tried sending an invite link to another email account not in the workspace

Hi @colleen ! Welcome to the community :) it looks like you have a restriction around who can be invited to boards. You can change this in your workspace settings here:
If you can't see that, you'll need to ask a workspace admin to update it.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
