Hi,
I'm trying since days to log in into my Trello.
I enter my email, I receive a link to change the password, I do it.
I log in, but it is NOT my Trello!!!
All my work is gone!!!
I don't understand why and I'm desperate as I can't do my job!!!
Does anyone there can help me?
How taking contact with a human being able to listen, think and answer, instead a d...m AI sending me useless links?

First of all, I am sorry for your situation and I understand it is frustrating.
Are you the admin of your Trello? Is there anyone internally in your company / organization you can reach out to about this? Or, are you the only person who is using this Trello?

my case is similar as When I did (using the same email as used for my account before) it is treating me like a new user and I can't see my Board, but also different.
I've 2 different Trello Accounts, one wiht my personal email, another with my professional email.
When I follow the procedure, I change the password and I log in in a COMPLETE EMPTY TRELLO which is not mine.
All my boards are gone, anything is there anymore!!!
I absolutely need to get them back.
In a few weeks I've my yearly interview where I've to provide a report about all what I've done this last year.
Without Trello it's impossible
I'm freaking out!!!!
