How to get back my trello????

Hi, 

I'm trying since days to log in into my Trello.

I enter my email, I receive a link to change the password, I do it.

I log in, but it is NOT my Trello!!!

All my work is gone!!!

I don't understand why and I'm desperate as I can't do my job!!!

Does anyone there can help me?

How taking contact with a human being able to listen, think and answer, instead a d...m AI sending me useless links?

First of all, I am sorry for your situation and I understand it is frustrating.

Are you the admin of your Trello? Is there anyone internally in your company / organization you can reach out to about this? Or, are you the only person who is using this Trello?

Could something like what is described here have happened - https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/Help-Lost-access-to-Trello-Board-when-forced-to-log-in-via/qaq-p/2891346 ?

I can try to tag @Alisson Sartor to see if they can assist.

I'm the admin of my Trello

I've 2: one for personal projects, anothe for my professional projects.

None of the is accessible ANYMORE!!!!

Hi Valerie, 

my case is similar as When I did (using the same email as used for my account before) it is treating me like a new user and I can't see my Board, but also different.

I've 2 different Trello Accounts, one wiht my personal email, another with my professional email.

When I follow the procedure, I change the password and I log in in a COMPLETE EMPTY TRELLO which is not mine.

All my boards are gone, anything is there anymore!!!

I absolutely need to get them back.

In a few weeks I've my yearly interview where I've to provide a report about all what I've done this last year.

Without Trello it's impossible

I'm freaking out!!!!

Hi Vikram,

I'm back to my office and I need to get access to my trello account linked with my professional email account that I have to update with another one.

I'm talking about the Trello account luisamaschio linked with the email  maschio@essec.edu which I have to change before thursday 22nd of january.

After this date, the email  maschio@essec.edu won't be available anymore.

The link that you gave me last time doesn't work (Please look the screen capture here below)

I urgently need to access to this Trello, change the email connected with it to save my work.

As checked, the mentioned Trello account is associated with email: f********er@g****.c**.

Just as an advice: stop using Alassian, it's a waste of time, makes people mad!
