I had an authenticator set up on another phone, and got rid of that phone during an upgrade...
now, when I go to Atlassian's site to try to set up authenticator, it says it's "enabled" and I can't click on anything to get a new code to scan.
How on earth do I get this to reset so I can put it on a new phone?
@Micheal Rabon if you no longer have access to your authenticator app you will need to use your recovery key as specified here: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/
I am assuming that you do not have that so you will need help from support. I have escalated this request to support. They should be able to help you.
I was able to go through the reset process and have access now.
But I'd like to remove the current authenticator, so I can then set up authenticator on my new phone. But there is no option to reset the authenticator.
It just says authenticator is "enabled" and does not give me an option to actually edit it.

@Micheal Rabon You will need to follow the instructions here https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/
If you are using an account managed by your company you will have to work with your IT team setup authenticator again. (I am assuming that this is not the case)
