How to delete completely a trello application to avoid billings? actually nobody use the application

My customer MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA purchased trought me TRELLO for 25 members, they used the software for one yearand decided no renew but continue using the program.

I detected due the charge in my credit cards, finally they accepted stop using the software but they didnt stop so I want to cancel auto renew, I was administrator but they changed from administrator to user.

The Trello workspace is MINJUSDH.

My question is: can you cancel definitivally this account or workspace in order to avoid charges to my credit card?

What can I do?

You can follow the below steps if you have not tried already : 

To cancel a Trello subscription, 

• log into your Trello account
• find the Workspace for the subscription you want to cancel
• go to the Billing section, and select the Cancel or Cancel Subscription link, which is usually found at the bottom of the page. 
• Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation, and note that your plan will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
