I am the admin for a trello board & use to add new member & remove old member who left the team.
However today, I am not able to add new member & there was a popped up message asked me to contact the Enterprise admin for help.
Please advice the next step. Thanks in advance.

You need to talk to your organisation's administrators. We can't know who they are, your only options are to look around your Trello to see people and ask them who your admins are so you can find them.
