hi. I'm not sure. I followed the link above. then logged into my account. the contact support page appears and then theres a dropdown menu. I deleted 'billing, payment and pricing' and filled it in. there are more hoops to jump through than should be necessary but get there in the end. I received my refund with minimal fuss!
