I've looked through a lot of doubts going back to 2017 and haven't found a specific answer/information on how to add notifications to Teams app?
I would like to get a notification in the form of an “activity” or message when someone adds me to a tab, or edits something in a tab where I am added.
I found the Trello for Teams app, but there I get a notification in the form of a chat from each task. With more tasks and people, it's impossible to use it because the notifications are too many.
@Alex W with the new Beta version it looks like you can get Trello to do a Teams notification in the "bell" Which is what I think is being asked.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'tab' in this context.
