The 8th of December I created a support issue regarding a subscription I accidently started and wanted to refund. As there is an 30-day refund policy I think this is just some normal routine issue which shouldn't take too long.
After a week I didn't hear from Atlassian support yet, so I decided to submit another issue with a reference to the first ticketnumber. Now it's around 10 days ago and I didn't hear a thing.
Does anyone know how long this usually takes, or could something be wrong?
