How do i move a free workspace to a paid workspace in which certain members are in both workspaces?

I am getting an error message when I try to move my free workspace board & team to a different paid workspace. I have tried trello support and have been getting no responses on how to fix my error. Any help or tips that people can share is greatly appreciated.
