How do I view my API logs?

I'm troubleshooting a webhook from Zoho to create a new Trello card when I do some things in Zoho. It used to work fine but now is not and I don't know why. Is there a way I can view my API logs in Trello? Zoho is supposed to show failures of webhooks but it isn't showing anything.

@gfunkdave there's no log of inbound webhook requests, can't you just update the inbound webhook to write the post contents to a file or something and look at what's coming in from Zoho?

No, Zoho's webhook functionality is fairly basic. I chatted with their tech support, and they said they were experiencing delays in actually firing the webhooks. All my test attempts showed up a few hours later...
