I am wondering if it's possible to have an email that is sent to my Outlook be captured onto a Trello Board. I tried to use Email-to-Board, and I copy and pasted the email and sent out a test email to that email, but nothing showed up inside the board. Is there something I am doing wrong? Do I note have the board set up correctly?
Make sure your email is sent from the same email as your Jira account. If you send an email from a different account, Jira/Atlassian wont know whose board to create the item on -- the email is a generic box.
