How do I turn on notifications for people attached to a card get notified if the card is deleted

How do I have my team notified if I change a card or delete the card they are attached to. 

Im looking for a push notification.

The reasoning is I use Trello for scheduling and if we have to change the schedule last minute I want everyone to get notified.

@luke careccia on the iOS app your team members can decide what they want to get notified. This happens for example team member is added to a card or assigned to task. For this reason when I built a specialised board like this one, I have to disallow people from moving the card, add themselves to a card, ...etc things that is not native in Trello but needed for a functional service. All the same Trello notification will be activated.
