How do I turn on notifications for people attached to a card get notified if the card is deleted?

How do I have my team notified if I change a card or delete the card they are attached to. 

Im looking for a push notification.

The reasoning is I use Trello for scheduling and if we have to change the schedule last minute I want everyone to get notified.

If your team members are a member of the card in question, notifications will be automatic, unless they've opted out, so generally, nothing further will be needed!
