How do I tell Trello that I only have one user so I am only getting charged for one user?

I recently updated my debit card for billing and now it appears that instead of paying  my regular $12.50 per month, I am being charged $100/month plus the original $12.50/month.  How do I get this resolved?  Is there a customer support phone number to call?

Hi there! It looks like there are 8 guests in your Workspace who are on more than one board. Although there's no charge for guests that are members of a single board, guests on multiple boards are billed at the same rate as regular members.
