How do I submit a tax exemption form?

Hi there,

I work for very50, a non-profit organization in Tokyo, Japan and my company was very interested in upgrading our account to a Trello business class account. However, we were told that an exemption letter was required in order to obtain the license and receive the discount to $12 per user annually. Are you able to kindly assist me on how to obtain and submit a tax-exemption form? Looking forward to your reply.
