How do I stop my Trello card from autofilling my comment every time

I once had an Internet issue where my Trello card was unable to save my comment, so now, every time I add a new card, it automatically adds that old comment from the erring card. How do I stop this from happening? Attached below is the comment that automatically comes out when I add a card. It is frustrating to have to keep deleting this comment over and over again.

Are you accessing Trello using mobile application or on a desktop computer/ laptop using a browser?

If using a browser, can you check if this issue occurs even after using a different browser?
