How do I receive mobile and desktop notifications for due dates?

For my iPhone, I've tried what I could think of: making sure I'm 'watching' the board and the card, and allowing notifications within Trello for due dates. When I looked at my system settings, I didn't see Trello listed as an app that had notification settings. As for my MacBook, I'm experiencing the same problems. The changes to my account are syncing to the changes on my phone, so that's good. Any advice?

Fear not, I have done my due diligence and have already read the article. I had no luck.

I had a similar issue with Trello notifications. I would first check the notification settings inside Trello and make sure due-date notifications are enabled for the relevant cards. On the Mac, also check System Settings > Notifications and look for Trello there. If Trello does not appear, opening the Trello app and triggering a notification may prompt macOS to register it. On iPhone, checking Settings > Notifications > Trello is also worth trying after restarting the app.

I tried this yesterday, but didn’t have any luck.
