I have been overcharged for 4 Trello users instead of 2
How do I request a credit?
They make it very difficult to navigate their support portal. Cynical in my view or a an ironic demonstration of how not to do things by a company who provides a service management platform.
Anyways, I know the pain it takes to try to get through them but when you do, the support team is really great.
I have escalated this question to Atlassian support. Expect a response in 2-3 working days
