I want to be able to put a Trello board on my iPhone home screen so I can access it really quickly.

You won't be able to link to a board from your home screen to your app, but you can to the mobile web browser. Load your board in safari, and then click the "send" button at the bottom of the page., then click add to home screen. It will place an icon to the URL on your phone.  https://lifehacker.com/5809338/add-web-site-bookmarks-to-your-iphones-homescreen
