How do I import a project task list in a free account?

I have added a PowerUp to import csv files but I can't seem to make it work.  This seems harder than it needs to be.  I had a very easy time importing a list into the Asana version that I'm also trying out.

I'm afraid there isn't a way natively to import a CSV or XLSX file into Trello. As you are trying to import by using a 3rd party Power-up, I'd kindly recommend you to reach out to the team who developed the Power-up directly, as they should be able to help you!
