I was able to get the Trello app on the new iPad, but can’t get the current information to transfer over. The Trello app is the only thing that did not transfer from the old iPad to the new iPad. If you can’t answer my question, who do you suggest I contact.
It could be that you used "login with email" on your old device and "login with Apple" on your new device. "Login with Apple" creates a new account under a masked email address. See https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/account-issues-related-to-a-private-apple-email-address/
