How do I fix an issue with due date automation?

We have had an issue on our board where we have a list of cards, and then each card has a due date. The next list is 60 days until the due date. Previously, we had an automation where Trello moved the card 60 days before it was due from the "all" list to the "60 days until due" list. Recently, that has stopped working entirely. When I have tried other methods (resetting the automation, using different wording), nothing has worked. It looks like this might be a common problem with due date automation.
