How do I find what level of account I have?

I got an email saying my Trello cloud trial was over and I was reverting to Free. I could not find anywhere in the menus a definitive statement of what sort of account I have. How can this be found?

I did see an upgrade button which took me to an upgrade panel. But it only offered me the Premium level. When I clicked on Standard it did nothing. This suggests I am already on Standard.

Why does it not tell me what level of account I have when I log in?

Any ideas?

Keith

You can usually check your Trello account level from the workspace settings or the billing section.

Try opening Trello and clicking on your Workspace name in the sidebar. From there, go to Settings Billing sometimes called Plans. That page normally shows the current plan for the workspace, such as Free, Standard, or Premium, along with any billing details.

If you received an email saying the trial ended, it’s possible the workspace has already moved back to the Free plan, and the billing page should reflect that. The upgrade screen sometimes only highlights the available upgrades, which can make it a bit unclear what plan you’re currently on.

Another quick check is the Workspace settings page, where Trello usually lists the current plan near the top or in the billing area.

Hope that helps point you in the right direction
