Hi,
I just made a free account to try it out but I no longer want this free account. I would like to delete it but it keeps saying I cannot delete my account.
"Your account can't be deleted because: User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements."
This is what keeps showing up but I have not paid or subscribed to anything.
There is no email address I could find to directly help me out with this.

I’ve seen this happen before — even free accounts can run into that message if Trello still sees you as the “billing admin” for a workspace or transaction. It doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve paid for anything.
Usually, the fix is to go into Account Settings → Billing and either remove yourself as the billing admin or close any workspace/entitlement linked to your account. Once that’s cleared, you should be able to delete your account.
If it still doesn’t let you, the easiest way is to reach out to Trello support through their help center — they can remove the last admin restriction for you.
