I'm looking to be able to view/receive the following functions:

1.) Total # of Leads (cards) given to one person
2.) Total # of Leads (cards) overall in the system
3.) Total # Leads (cards) in the "In" stack (showing %'s too)
4.) Latency of each step in the process (card x stayed with y person for z days)
5.) Cards take x weeks to go from new to In or Out
6.) Auto emails to target brokers when they haven't touched a card in X days
7.) Summary email sent to leadership with leads (cards) that need updating/activity but have not had any recently, broken down by member.
8.) Show cards owned by a member to the member (only let them see their own cards, not the whole board).

I am aware that Kanban by Nave & Time In can handle a few of these functions, but not all. Any tips on other apps or possible solutions to these? Greatly appreciated!

@chase bleke you can write this type of reporting using the API and Google Apps Script. Check out this intro to reporting in Trello with Google Sheets:

I based much of what I did with Trellinator on this guy's work, so for example in Trellinator it would be pretty trivial to create a daily report that gets emailed or added to a spreadsheet with the numbers you're talking about:
