My team feels that the standard notification wording can be a bit aggressive in terms of actions outstanding, especially when cards are assigned to them early morning/late at night.
Is there any way that I can personalise the notifications to soften this language and make this more about informing them that a task has been allocated to them without necessarily pointing out how long the car has been open?
Maybe you can change the language to French? Everything sounds nicer in French, in my opinion :)
All joking aside, I don't believe there is functionality at this time to configure the notification scheme like you can in other Atlassian products.
