I can see how Google indexing would help with broad collaboration, but we'd like to keep our boards more private and prevent the mistake of a board-creator accidentally sharing too widely. How can we construct better controls around this?
Under the settings in your workspace you can set restrictions for who can create boards.
I recommend changing it to Admins or Nobody.
On web browser or Trello App it's on left-hand side > workspace > settings
