This should be easy to do. But it's not. The link that the support bot provides doesn't load correctly. Instead, I get a page for naming my organization.

That redirect usually happens when the organization context isn't set. Try this direct path: go to your Trello workspace settings (click workspace name → Settings → Billing), then scroll to Payment Methods. If that still redirects to naming, you might be hitting it from a personal account instead of the workspace admin account—check which account you're logged in as.
