How can I reopen a board that was closed by an admin?

This board was in my personal workspace. Only I have ever used it. Due to some migration issue, it appears to be closed. I get the following message: 

Personal is closed.

You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance.

Please could someone from support help reopen and restore it to my account?
