How can I rename team members?

Hi! How can I rename team members on Trello?

I first created them with their first names only, but I now see I can also specify their family names when I create new members.

@Pierre Savignac I think they have to edit their own details in their Atlassian profile, however the exception to this might be if you're using SSO via Atlassian Access (which might be a good idea to set up regardless since it seems you're managing a team of staff).
