Hello,
I am an Admin on our workspaces and am trying to make new automation buttons for cards to help our workflow. Over a year ago we had another admin who made many card buttons on our boards that are no longer helpful and this member has been removed from all boards and workspaces yet their card buttons remain. Our company wants them removed to avoid confusion and I cannot figure out how to remove or alter them. example of what i can see below. Once again this user is no longer in our workspace or on any boards, and no other admins can change or remove these rules.

I wanted to clarify that only Premium and Enterprise administrators have the ability to manage other users’ automations across all boards within their organization. You can find more details about these administrative powers in Trello’s documentation Administrative powers in automation | Trello | Atlassian Support.
Since the user email that created these automations is no longer active, here’s a workaround you can try:
Temporarily enable the email address of the user who created the automations.
Add them to the boards, and Log in to Trello using that account.
Delete the automation buttons directly from the boards.
This is the quickest way to remove them.
Please note that we Trello support don't have ability to delete automations on user's behalf.
